4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and only the cost of the product will be refunded.
